This is what happens when people who don't run real networks design QoS! 15 priority levels? Good luck managing that network.
There is nothing wrong with 15 classes. First you don't have to use all, second in a large network you will need software support anyway, and with that, supporting more classes is no harder than few.
Not as if all of the original 4 are currently used in live NWs :)Ever tried to get streaming/conversational?
