An interesting slide, but it makes me wonder what these percent figures mean. The overall number is greater than 100%. Even when you consider the mentioned categories separately, they still don’t fit 100%. The network issues, for instance, account for 127%. Are there some explanation on other slides?
Sergey, my understanding is that the users were allowed to list all possible reasons for poor QoE and the list is the percentage of users blaming different things.
