Zahid, I didn't know where to post my question. I have doubts about how works the radio resource allocation in the MCE. Which criteria MCE follows to allocate a specific MBMS service? eNBs have to communicate to the MCE about how many resources are available for MBMS data? Can MCE modify dynamically parameters such as CSA pattern, CSA period, MSP and MSI?
