Antenna height and coverage

10% additional radius doubles cell coverage ? I'm afraid that 2*pi*r^2 <> pi*(1.1*r)^2

Or is that concept of "coverage" different from a simple area calculation ?

Gents,

Double height = 4dB gain (not 4x pwr.)

Double power = ~20% radius increase
~20% radius increase = ~40% area increase.
